I need to change my order - help!

If you’d like to make a change to your order, including your shipping address, send us an email at contact@apupabove.com as soon as you can! We’ll do our best to catch your order before it ships out. 

We recommend contacting us at least 48 hours ahead to make any changes to an order. Although we do our best to make changes for our customers, once our fulfillment team starts the process of shipping out the package we’re unable to make any additional adjustments.

Can I edit or cancel my order once it’s been placed?

Hurry! There’s only a short window of time for us to edit or cancel your order. E-mail contact@apupabove.com and we’ll do our best to work some magic for you.

I just want to order a single bag.

Due to shipping costs, we're currently unable to support single bag purchases. If you want to order a single bag so your pup can try the food, keep in mind we do have a 100% happiness guarantee so if your pup doesn't love it, we'll refund you in full.

You can also purchase single bags at any of our pet store partners. Check out our store locator to find the closest pet store to you!

Do you have any samples?

We are not able to send out any samples at the moment! But we totally get it, so we do offer a 100% happiness guarantee in case your pup doesn't love it. So give it a shot, and let us know what you think!

Prefer to buy in store? Many of our pet store partners do carry samples of A Pup Above. You can view all of our pet store partners on our store locator.

Do you offer exchanges or refund?

If for some reason your pup is not satisfied with our product, we’ll let you try another product or provide a refund within 30 days of purchase*

*We are only able to offer refunds or offer another product for your first try at a new flavor, and our refunds are limited to 4 bags per person (equivalent to 1 x Sampler Pack) for online orders only. We suggest ordering our Sampler Pack first so you can discover your pup’s favorite recipe and order it to their heart’s desire. 

Since A Pup Above is a perishable product, we do not accept exchanges or returns. We recommend donating any unwanted food to a local shelter or gift it to a friend or family member! 

Please send us an email at contact@apupabove.com within 30 days of your online purchase to request a refund.
