Can I Cancel My Subscription at Anytime?

Yes, you can cancel at anytime. 

If your order has already been processed, send us an email at contact@apupabove.com as soon as you can! We’ll do our best to catch your order before it ships out. We recommend contacting us at least 48 hours ahead to make any changes to an order. That will provide us enough time to make any changes and pull the order if necessary.

How Do I Cancel my Subscription?

To cancel your subscription, first log in to your account. Click the Manage Subscriptions, then scroll down to the bottom of the page and click Cancel Subscription.

How Do I Skip or Change the Date of a Subscription?

Login to your account, click Manage Subscriptions. Click Skip Next Order. Confirm that you’d like to skip and you’re all set! You can see the date that your subscription will then renew at the very top where it says “Next Shipment: [Insert Date]”.

If you’d like to change the date of your next order, click Manage Subscriptions then click Set Next Order Date. You can then select the calendar date you want your subscription to renew. 

Please note that we only ship out our fresh frozen recipes Monday - Wednesday of each week. As a result, we recommend having frozen subscriptions renew earlier vs later in the week so you can receive it the same week that you place the order. Our dry Cubies ship Monday - Friday.

How Do I Process An Order Same Day?

Login to your account, click Manage Subscriptions and select Get it Now. Your order will then process immediately.

How Do I Pause My Subscription?

Login to your account, click Manage Subscriptions. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and select Pause Subscription.

How Do I Update Subscription Billing Information?

Login to your account, click Manage Subscriptions. Click Update My InfoUpdate Payment Method. You’ll then be sent a link to update your payment method.

How Do I Update My Subscription Shipping Address?

Login to your account, click Manage Subscriptions. Go to Update My Info and update your shipping address. Then click Submit to save the address. 

If your order has already processed, you’ll need to contact us at contact@apupabove.com as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to catch the order before it goes out and make the appropriate changes.

I’m Going On Vacation, How Do I Update My Shipping Address For A One Time Delivery?

If you’d like to have your order delivered to a different address one time because you're going on vacation and would like to send the food to your hotel or want to send it to your dog sitter, simply select Gift Next Order when you login. Fill in the shipping address and voilà! Your pup is all set for his or her vacay.

Can I add or change the products in my Subscription?

Absolutely! Login to your account, click Manage Subscriptions. Under where it says “Your Next Shipment” there is a carousel of products you can add to your subscription. Click the plus sign next to the product you want to add. 

If you want to add the product as a one-time order, select Add to Next Order. If you want to add the product to your regular subscription, select Add to Subscription.
